Cancellations & Rescheduling

• A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• Cancellations or reschedules made with at least 24 hours notice will have their deposit transferred to a future booking.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may result in the forfeit of the deposit.

• Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice (no-show) will result in the full session fee being charged.

Refunds

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• Refunds are not provided for change of mind.

• If Bubs Out! needs to cancel your appointment, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund, including your deposit.

Late arrivals

• If you arrive late to your scheduled session, the session will still end at the original scheduled time.

• If we are delayed, your session time will be extended where possible or adjusted accordingly.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will assess situations on a case-by-case basis
