Bubs Out! provides non-medical, non-clinical in-home postpartum support services. Services may include practical household assistance, emotional support, and general wellbeing support for new mothers.

We do not provide medical, clinical, diagnostic, therapeutic, or mental health advice or treatment.

Not Medical Advice

Our services are not a substitute for professional medical, clinical or mental health care. Clients should always seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional for any medical concerns relating to themselves or their baby.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and honest information relevant to the service

• Maintain a safe home environment for the duration of the visit

• Supervise their baby at all times unless otherwise agreed

• Inform Bubs Out! of any risks, allergies or special circumstances in advance

Bookings & Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability

• A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your session. The remaining balance is due prior to or at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

• Prices are listed in AUD and may be subject to change

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be used within the stated validity period.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations or reschedule requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the booking

• Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee or result in forfeiture of the booking

• Bubs Out! reserves the right to reschedule due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Bubs Out! is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss

• Liability is limited to the cost of the service provided

• Services are provided in good faith and with reasonable care

Property & Safety

While reasonable care is taken, Bubs Out! is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or issues outside our control.

Clients must ensure pets are secured and the environment is safe during visits.

Confidentiality & Privacy

All client information is treated as confidential and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Information will not be shared without consent unless required by law.

Right to Refuse Service

Bubs Out! reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if:

• The environment is unsafe

• Boundaries are not respected

• There is inappropriate or abusive behaviour

Changes to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the current terms.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia, and the relevant state or territory in which services are provided.
